Sudelettra is endowed with a quality management system and a specialized structure that provide the Company with methods and support necessary to update and implement its procedures within the sector rules.
Sudelettra has been certified since 1995 in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9002-94 requirements. In 2003 the Company changed its quality system in accordance with the UNI ES ISO 9001-2000 requirements and, in 2004, it also obtained certification for planning activity.
Sudelettra quality management system is integrated with the UNI ES ISO 14001 main requirements for environment and with the OHSAS 18001 requirements for safety.

As a matter of fact, our company:
- has its own policy about quality, safety at work, environmental protection;
- manages internal and external communications about quality, safety and environment;;
- has promoted procedures to manage waste, accidents at work, environmental emergencies, individual protection devices and dangerous substances;
- has adopted a quality assurance manual to guarantee the compliance with the current regulations about safety and environment;
- informs and trains the recruited personnel about quality, safety at work and environmental protection;

What is more, in 2003 the Company obtained the qualification certificate for the execution of SOA public works in the following categories: OG10 class IV, OG11 class VII, OS16 class IV and OS30 class V.
