• support and management of precommissioning activities;
• commissioning e plant start-up.

Project Control Management leads the following activities:

• creation and management of project schedules;
• contract management schedule and monitoring;
• planning and reporting of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning;
• analysis of work fronts and queues;
• progress planning and control of:
  • plant stops;
  • interdisciplinary coordination of subcontractors;
  • budgeting, cash flow, cost control.
